A camera goes up the flue and you watch it on the screen. Plenty of visits end with us saying the chimney is fine and does not need anything this year.

We say when it should not be used
If a scan shows a flue is unsafe we say so and show you the frame. We do not sweep it and hand it back as though the job is done.
Straight answer
What this site does not claim
Plenty of chimney websites say "certified technicians" and "years of experience". This one does not, and the reason is simple: those are checkable claims and we could not check them. There is no licence number, no certification body and no founding date published anywhere we could verify, so none of them appear here.
What can be verified is on every page: a Google listing with59 reviews and a 5.0 rating, a service area declared by the business itself, and photographs of its own work. If the company holds a certification or an insurance policy it would like published, it takes one email and it goes up.
The same rule applies to prices. There are none on this site — no figures, no ranges, no "from" lines. A chimney is quoted after somebody has looked at it, and any website that prices one before that is guessing at your house.
